ValuPageÆ is provided to you free of charge,
"as is." Catalina Marketing Corporation, which produces
ValuPage and its derivative products, uses its best efforts to
maintain the ValuPageÆ services, but is not responsible for
the results of any defects.
In the event that one or
more ValuPage SavingsÆ rewards are NOT issued upon the proper
presentation of a ValuPageÆ and the purchase of one or more of
the qualifying, promoted items, Catalina Marketing, may, at
its sole discretion, choose to remedy the situation by issuing
ValuPage Savings to the consumer via U.S. Mail upon receipt of
a valid supermarket proof of purchase receipt. Consumer may

Catalina Marketing Corporation is not responsible for
the quality, content, or functionality of any sites to which
it links and is likewise not responsible for the quality,
content or functionality of any site that links to it,
including but not limited to sites which are paid, or are
otherwise remunerated for distributing ValuPageÆ.
The
ISSUANCE of ValuPageÆ is subject to and in accordance with the
following rules:
1. The terms of the offer (e.g., the item
size and/or the number of items) MUST be met before a ValuPage
SavingsÆ reward is issued;
2. A ValuPageÆ, with a current
savings date and bar code, must be presented in the designated
retail chain;
3. There is a limit of one ValuPage SavingsÆ
coupon for the purchase of any individual ValuPage SavingsÆ
item/offer on a single shopping day/visit. (e.g purchases of
the same item(s) multiple times is limited to one ValuPage
SavingsÆ for that offer);
4. ValuPageÆ will only trigger
the ValuPage SavingsÆ offers through the expiration date
specified; 5. ValuPageÆ cannot be altered in any way.
The REDEMPTION of ValuPage SavingsÆ is subject to and
in accordance with the following rules:
1. ValuPage
SavingsÆ have no cash value and are only useable for purchases
in the issuing retail chain;
2. Use of ValuPage SavingsÆ
cannot and do not ever result in cash back;
3. ValuPage
SavingsÆ are good on all items except as prohibited by state
law. Items typically prohibited by state laws include, but are
not necessarily limited to, beer, wine, distilled
spirits,
cigarettes and milk;
4. Consumer is responsible
for any applicable sales taxes including sales tax for "free"
product offers;
5. ValuPage SavingsÆ void after expiration
date;
6. ValuPage SavingsÆ cannot be duplicated or
altered;
7. ValuPage SavingsÆ are not subject to "doubling"
and accordingly cannot be redeemed for more than face value
such as doubling, tripling, etc.;
8. ValuPage SavingsÆ are
subject to the local retailer's coupon policies.
